this really works alleviate some of your foot pain after being on your feet all day. i work trade shows and once i get back in my hotel this is the first thing that i do.
soooo goood! better than a ball massager, you can put really good even pressure and not have the potential hazard to fall over. A tad bulky, but easy to pack in baggage or large purse when I want to roll my foot at work. Highly recommend, stretches out my plantar faciitis like nothing else.
