Your products will ship within 24 hours of placing your order. Delivery typically takes 2-5 days via First-Class U.S. Mail. Shipping is FREE for orders over $50 when delivery is inside the United States(domestic delivery).
Delivery times vary with international delivery
International delivery will have a flat rate shipping of $15.99.
Returns and Replacements
30-Day Warranty
Your Foot Log comes with a 30-day warranty. If your foot pain and discomfort has not significantly improved after using the Foot Log for 30 days, you may return it with your receipt or confirmation code to receive a full refund.
Lifetime Warranty
If the Foot Log is broken or damaged through normal use, it will be replaced free of charge. All you need to do is return the damaged Foot Log and pay the $5.95 shipping and handling fee. We will mail you a new Foot Log immediately.
